During forays, we proceed at a leisurely pace, stopping frequently to examine fungi. There is usually a break for lunch at a suitable spot, so bring a packed lunch. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear, such as walking shoes, boots or wellingtons. Forays start at 10:30. Finishing time depends on the weather and the number and quality of the fungi but it tends to be mid-afternoon.
